BansuriApp uses **Google One Tap** for secure login (we don't use passwords). If you have trouble signing in, please try this fix:
- Go to your phone’s Settings > Apps > BansuriApp > Storage & Cache.
- Clear **Cache** (do NOT clear storage/data).
- Re-open the app. If you see the **"Developer setup not correctly configured"** error, this is a technical issue on our end. Please **Chat on WhatsApp** so we can check your account status.
Mic/Pitch is not detecting my flute sound.
This is often a permission or noise issue. Please check:
- **Permissions:** Ensure **Microphone** is allowed for BansuriApp in your phone's settings.
- **Quiet Space:** Practice in a quiet room, away from fans or music.
- **Scale:** Make sure the scale selected in the app matches the physical flute you are playing.
Video lessons are buffering or not loading.
This is often related to internet speed or connection type:
- **Internet:** Ensure you have a **stable internet connection**. Switching from Wi-Fi to mobile data can sometimes help.
- **Headphones:** If you are using **Bluetooth headphones**, please disconnect them and try again, as they can sometimes interfere with video streaming/audio detection.
- **Cache:** Clear the app's cache (Settings > Apps > BansuriApp > Clear Cache) to resolve persistent buffering issues.

How do I change the flute scale (C, C#, D, etc.)?
You can change the musical key (scale) within the Practice screen. Look for the **Settings/Gear icon** near the top of the screen to select the scale that matches your physical flute.
How does the rhythm game work / What do "Round 1, 2, 3" mean?
The rhythm game sequence is structured for optimal learning:
- **Round 1:** **Listen to the Music** (Focus on rhythm and feel).
- **Round 2:** **Listen & Practice** (Play along with the audio guide).
- **Round 3:** **Practice Only** (Play the rhythm by yourself, detected by the mic).
You must complete this sequence to master the timing!
What level is this app for (beginner / intermediate / advanced)?
BansuriApp is designed to take you from **Absolute Beginner** to an **Intermediate** level flutist. Our structured video lessons and pitch detection tools ensure a strong foundation in both fingering and rhythm.
When will new video courses be added?
