Welcome to TheBansuriApp! By using our app and services, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Who Can Use TheBansuriApp

To use TheBansuriApp, you must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Parents who allow their children to use the app are responsible for all activity.

2. Account Registration

You may be required to create an account using your email or through third-party login services. You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for any activity under your account. If you suspect misuse, notify us immediately.

3. Usage Rights

You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or resell any part of the app or its content, including audio clips, videos, or images.

4. Subscriptions, Trials, and Payments

Some features are free. Others may require a paid subscription or one-time payment. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date. If we offer a trial, you’ll be charged once the trial ends unless you cancel in time. Refunds are subject to Google Play or Apple App Store policies.

5. Microphone & Media Access

The app may ask for microphone access to detect your flute pitch, and access to storage to save your progress. This access is used only for learning and feedback purposes and is explained in our Privacy Policy.

6. User Content

If you share audio recordings, feedback, or other content through the app, you keep ownership of it. However, you give us permission to use it anonymously to improve our service.

7. What You Cannot Do

• Harass or harm others while using the app
  
• Use cheats, hacks, or unauthorized tools
  
• Copy or share copyrighted content from the app
  
• Modify or reverse-engineer the app
  

Breaking these rules may result in a permanent ban.

8. App Updates & Feature Changes

We may add, remove, or change features from time to time to improve the app. Continued use means you agree to these changes.

9. Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee perfect results, uninterrupted service, or 100% accurate pitch detection. You use the app at your own risk.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes will be handled by the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

11. Termination

You can stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you break the Terms.
